So I made lemon curd pavlovas this weekend. My first time making or eating either. Loved the curd, the pavlovas were aight.
So I’m studying this afternoon and got a hankering for something chocolatey, but didn’t want to have to look at a recipe. So I thought, hey that lemon curd was super easy and I bet I could make it with cocoa and a lil heavy cream and vanilla and it would be superb.
So that’s wot I did. It’s opened a whole new world of curd in my life.
