Oppsie Pasta?

(E.O.) #1

Has anyone heard of Oppsie Pasta? Someone posted under the Oppsie bread recipe that it can be used to make pasta. Any ideas or experience about that? I’d really like a delicious substitute for mac-n-cheese but didn’t know if the oppsie dough piped out something like a cookie press might hold up to that type of sauce or not?!

Use this type of cookie press with the tube-like plate to make “cheetos”
3 egg whites
1/8 tsp cream of tartar (whipped into stiff peaks)
1/2 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese “minced” and folded into above ingredients

pipe with cookie press onto parchment line cooking try & bake @300 until desired texture.

optional: shake on some flavor: garlic salt, or Parmesan cheese, or something spicy.

I haven’t tried it, but it seems like a cool idea

(You've tried everything else; why not try bacon?) #3

Ohhhh! So you aren’t talking about oopsie pasta, as in “Well, officer, I just happened to trip and fall into this vat of linguini, and I had chewed and swallowed it all before I knew what I was doing!”
