I was naughty last night, I sabotaged my healing… I had a curry last night and now my tummy hurts and I feel sick this morning.

I was really good from the grains point of view, no. Naan, no popadum. No sauces… It was the korma… It was sooooooooo tasty and sweet…
Normally after full fat milk/whipping cream based sauces, I don’t feel good either(eliminated whipping cream from my diet). There are also a lot of onions in korma and some recipes have white sugar added. Hang in there!
I’m back on track now, I’ve had carbs kept at 5% for the past 2 days, 75% fat and 20%protein.
Starting to feel amazingly happy again!!!
