One minute microwave bread

#1

I made this bread for breakfast yesterday it turned out so good I made it again today and added chia seeds and onthe mix. One teaspoon each of almond flour, coconut flour, flax seed flour, cacao powder and butter and one egg plus 1/4 teaspoon baking powder. Mix and microwave for a minute.

I did a version of this. I used

1 tbs spoon melted butter
1/4 cup of almond flour (you can used 2 tbs of coconut flour if preferred)
1 egg
1/4 tsp baking powder
dash of salt
mix well and microwave for 90 seconds
pop it out of the cup or bowl and slice it

I don’t miss bread really, but I miss some of the uses of bread like giving me something to hold a hamburger or sopping up egg yolks or steak juice. It worked out well for me and only cost around 3 net carbs.

I made this this morning. It was really good. I made my almond flour in my magic bullet.

@oneorangecat It’s so nice to be able to eat a legit burger or breakfast sandwich and it only takes about 5 minutes. Searing them in hot bacon grease or butter makes them nice and crisp and tasty.

I just made some of this and it was a big hit on Burgers. Has anyone tried to make larger quantities at once? I would immagine that the Microwave doesn’t work well with 3x or 4x this amount.
