I am planning on a one meal a day routine. I started working out more regularly and not sure if my macros are good. I would like your opinion on this one meal a day sample.
One Meal a Day
Apart from one meal a day intermittent fasting, what are your goals? Stating what your goals are would drive the basis of setting your macro levels. Is maintaining ketosis a goal?
Yes, I would like to stay in ketosis. I’m also doing it for weight loss, fasting benefits and convenience.
How did you arrive at the protein grams setpoint? I target 1 gram per kg of lean body mass. For more athletic types, they typically need more.
What would your gram per kg lean body mass setpoint be?
According to Bodybuilding.com calculator I have 68.5kg of lean body mass, so I should increase my protein?
I strongly suspected your protein being too low. 70 kg seems reasonable as a lean body mass. So, perhaps target eating about 70 grams protein per day.
I also noticed food saying salt free or sodium free. Don’t be afraid of salt. In fact, you will need all the electrolytes you can get your hands on. If you get headaches, low electrolytes would probably be suspect.

Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it. I plan on using himalayan pink salt for eggs and avocado, and a couple tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with my daily water intake. And warm water with lemon when I wake.
