Your new, cheap, 12g carb omad keto pizza recipe.

You should imbed a document where you calculated your macro numbers. Right out of the gate, I distrust your math, as your Total Carbs are only 12g, but your Dietary Fibre is 21g???

Edit: And a more meaningful title (such as “another pizza recipe”) would be a good idea for people that are actually looking for recipes.

Hi, right below the nutrition facts picture it says - total carbs are net carbs. Did you see that?
We’ve been through this before with the previous recipe.

Check the calculations yourself by clicking on the ‘recipe editor’ tab.

I don’t understand this confusion. You subtract the carbs from dietary fiber in order to get the net carbs.
Is it because it automatically generates “total carbohydrates” words instead of “net carbs”. Is that the source of this confusion?

No total carbs are TOTAL carbs, with the fiber grams (and any sugar alcohol grams) deducted, are NET carbs.

If the website reports the net as total, they are incorrect. This is confusing enough for newbies, they shouldn’t report total carbs when it is net carbs.

The site is generating standardized words, everything is correct, and the words bellow the picture additionally clarify.

I supplied you with the means to verify everything yourself.

I guess I should not deduct carbs within each ingredient in order to avoid such confusion in the future, although most people who are on the site do it for the convenience of others, because everyone knows what is meant.

EDIT:
Never mind, I updated everything, but you need to do net carb calculations yourselves now.

Unfortunately, it’s apparent that you’re misunderstanding. As @collaroygal stated - THAT is everyone’s understanding and yours differs.

TOTAL Carbs = Fibre + Sugars
NET Carbs = Total Carbs - (Fibre + Alcohol Sugars)
…or NET Carbs = Total Carbs - Fibre - Alcohol Sugars (to make it even simpler).

My final farm will just really be a single-family dwelling with at least a really big backyard where my wife and I can have a couple dogs and raise a horrendous amount of peppers and tomatoes.

No, you misunderstood everything.

Everything you said is correct here, but when you don’t deduct carbs within individual ingredients, you get total tables that are not representative and convenient, i.e. additional subtractions are needed and it shows misleading macro ratios.

Like I stated previously, it is about convenience.

But it doesn’t matter now, as I have put everything to default so people are not confused, at least those who are not used to that site.
