I try and bake with olive oil, just for the health benefit. But then I top with butter!

I was wondering if this was good. They said it was one of their popular recipes. I am also curious about their macro muffins. If I try them, I will report back.

I was wondering if I could omit the sweet and add a little corn flavor extract and see if it would be a reasonable substitute for cornbread. I’ve tried their cornbread recipe, with the baby corn, but wasn’t thrilled with it.
