Last night I made my first Fathead pizza. Topped it with Italian sausage, pepperoni, bacon, sauteed onions & bell peppers, and three different cheeses…

…the proceeded to eat the whole thing! I hit my protein macro for the first time since starting the ketogenic diet though :blush:

My husband and I ate half each the first couple of times I made it. Now we do 1/4 and sometimes I only do 1/8. I think our appetites went down as time went by.

Has anyone had success in using the crust recipe in other foods besides pizza?

I have used it to make Pigs in a Blanket, Reubens in a blanket and crackers.

I didn’t have a baking sheet so I used a normal baking pan and forgot to spray it with anything. Lost the bottom to the pan trying to scrape it off LOL!

Parchment paper helps with that, and makes it much easier to clean the pan after.

I topped it last night. Fried a bunch of minute steaks in coconut oil and then smothered them in a sauteed onion, cream cheese, and almond flour brown gravy. Scarfed down two big ol’ steaks and the while cleaning up… took a spoon and scooped out the rest of the gravy and ate it :frowning:

That stuff was SO good LOL!!!
