Not Hungry, should I eat?

I started keto on October 13, I woke this morning kinda hungry, had bulletproof coffee. And have not been hungry since. It is only a few hours till dinner. I am sure I can wait. My question is: should we be eating certain amount of calories, eating every so many hours. Or when we are actually hungry?

Why would you eat if you are not hungry?

You sound like a natural faster. Go take a look at the fasting forums!

Calories don’t matter in Keto… so eat when you are hungry. What does matter is that your body gets the right amount of vitamins and minerals. If you can do OMAD (One meal a day), try to eat a balanced meal, as far as vits and mins go.

If you are fat adapted, the longer you can go without eating, the more body fat you are burning for fuel.

Do not force yourself to eat. Lack of hunger is fat adaptation’s gift that keeps on giving .
Your body is activating your fat tissue resources to nourish itself. Unless you fast for several days l would not worry for minerals etc. Remember to supplement salt and electrolytes.
