I think we all start the Keto journey for the benefit of weight loss, which is no doubt a big benefit. I think we tend to lose sight of the health benefits regardless of weight loss, which is just as big of a benefit, in my opinion. I know I sit here and recall all the carbs I consumed prior to starting and am flabbergasted to think I consumed over 240g of carbs in just the Pepsi I drank in a single day. Not to mention that I love bread and pastas. I would imagine I easily consumed 500+ grams of carbs on an average day. Don’t just focus on the weight loss and inches lost. Take into account the other benefits you’re reaping as well.

Everybody’s physiology is different as is the food that they are taking in. If you’re moving in the right direction that’s awesome.

the truth is it doesnt work the same for everybody…some people go 3 months with no weight loss…
