So I started my keto journey on 30th June 2018 and today is my 24th day on this diet I have only lost 2 kgs.I was inclined to this diet because of so many motivational stories about weight loss. I weigh 83 kgs 5’4" currently and my typical macros are 1391 calories with 20gms of carbs 60gms of protein and 119gms of fat. I try to keep my carbs between 20-30gms. Been through keto flu, been through horrible stomach ache, bladder plain and everything. My urine strip points high ketones since 6th day. My Typical eating routine is Before breakfast- 1 tbps of ACV with 1 tbps of pink salt. Breakfast- BPC everyday and I would have (half avacado/4 spoons of greek yoghurt/2 egg whites), I mostly skip my lunch as I am not hungry and if I would I would have a bowl of steamed veggies( brocolli, cauli, celery, capsicum, long melon). I tend to have 20 gms of macadamia/peanuts before dinner. and My dinner would be mostly chicken or paneer(I don’t eat meat) with big bowl of greens. since past two weeks I eat keto cheesecake to complete my fat intake. I also eat sunflower seeds 35 gms.
I do intermittent fasting 16:8 on weekends as it becomes hard to do it in weekdays due to work committments.
I have not done any cheating as of yet, and try to stick to diet.I do occasionally take kombucha/fanta zero
I take 1 litre of water with pink salt and few drops of lemon and rest 1 litre of plain water
I mostly use erthyitol for sweetner, really less quantity of vanilla essence to my bpc to improve taste, all cooking in extra virgin olive oil, ghee or butter.
I do not know what wrong I am doing? I have not lost any inches either? this is really sad as I have 25 kgs to loose. what wrong am I doing?
