I found a great alternative to flour pizza crusts. (I had an allergy test done and came back allergic to almonds and coconut so I’m trying to stay away from those flours right now.)

It is just cream cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. It does not make a firm crust, but more of a casserole base. I could see this taking the place of lasagne in my life. I made a “white pizza” by topping this with mozzarella, sauteed veggies, ricotta, more mozzarella and parmesan. I ground some pink salt and black pepper over top before eating it. It was such great comfort food! It says 8 servings, but for me it was more like two! Hello intermittent fasting, you are my friend.
