No bake cheesecake

I didn’t use measurements when I made this because I was having a super craving and discovered splenda the day before and i know it’s bad but that was the only time i used it and will use it again since i don’t plan on making anything sweet other than this every few months if the craving calls.

for the crust, i ground 1 cup walnuts, 1 cup pecans, sprinkled cinnamon to taste, about 1/4 cup almond flour and 6 packets of splenda in a food processor. then i added a stick of melted butter and vanilla. I patted it down in a pie dish and baked it in the oven on 325 for 20 minutes just to set the crust.

for the filling I used 1 package of cream cheese and 1 tub of cool whip (no haters please), the cool whip could easily be substituted for a small container of heavy whipping cream. and 8 packets of splenda, I whipped that up, put on top of cooled crust and let it cool.

it was delicious, I still think about getting a package of cream cheese to make this again since I have heavy whipping cream and nuts on hand all the time but it’s too easy to only eat this for a couple of days. i;m refraining from buying that cream cheese because it will happen again too soon and i just don’t trust myself. when it comes to shit this good.
