I would love to connect with those that work the night shift to more understand how you handle unique circumstances. How your sleep works. I have worked the night shift for about 10 years. I have tried eating everything before my shift, everything during my shift. I have fasted, tried keto, paleo. Pretty much everything. I tried my first bout of keto a while back and didn’t test anything but did see weight loss. This time around I am tracking everything to see. But as I am one person I would love to know how everyone else does their shift and meal planning. How do you deal with raised cortisol, or sporadic rises in glucose to stress?
