Newbie fasting

Hi all! Newbie here. First post.

I’ve done some 2 to 3-day fasts, and am planning to start a new fast tomorrow. Hoping to last at least 3 days this time, and maybe longer, depending on how I feel. I felt amazing by day 2 or 3 of fasting in the past, but always went back to the old way of eating sugar after fasting and kicked myself out of ketosis. Hoping to try again this time and staying keto after the fast. Welcome people to join me and could use some motivation! Will try to post progress each day. Cheers.
