After being on Keto, have your blood numbers improved over all? I saw a doctor to get Chantex (to quit smoking) and he essentially said I would lose weight if I ate the way he did. He, without calling it Keto, essentially said to eat lean meat, vegetables, maybe oatmeal in morning. No rice, pasta, so forth. I just read the proās and conās. For everything good I read, there is bad, Itās confusing to decide which is best. Like hearing Starch base diet is good, then reading how peoples numbers were horrible being on it.

I have watched Dr Bergs videos, and the one where he describes what he eats. he basically said 4-5 eggs, beef with salad, and then maybe a stir fry. That sounds like not a lot of calories. Just the food alone. If when adding olive oil to cook with, do we count those calories and so forth?
3)The idea of a lot eggs, bacon, sausage, and so forth is quite scary. I know what Iām eating is not healthy right now,. But, in this transition, I want to eat healthy. So, no eggs, bacon, keto bombs, so forth. I understand that these help, but I feel like theyāre on the fence of being good or bad, Iām not sure. My idea of a meal was three times a day. Basically, chicken breast and vegetables every meal, with avocado, swap every couple of days, a chicken breast meal with sardines (are they healthy to eat too?). Thatās it. But at the same time, that doesnāt sound like a a lot of calories. Iām new. So, I will probably have more questions if you post anything. Again, thank you so much for your time reading this and I wish you all very well.
