Definitely not the case with me. My trigs were low at my last physical and I drink coffee all day long up until bedtime.
At the risk of a really stupid question, does the elevation in triglyceride levels caused by consuming coffee actually do any harm in the context of our HFLC way of eating? I know we’re programmed to think that triglycerides are the devil. But are they actually a real risk factor in this context? If they are a real danger, there has to be a reason. I’m not making the connection. (?)
