My story....here we go

GREETINGS ALL…I am a 60 year old young grandmother of 5, who has a diagnosis of MS from 1989,The MS is benign…exacerbations have quit since 2012…Praise GOD…

I’ve been studying as much as I can…I want to be 25 lbs thinner…lost 30 lbs in 2016 and managed to keep it off. I counted calories and MOVED with a fitbit then…

This last 20 to 30 is very stubborn and originally, I felt like I needed to DIET but that assessment is OVER. I want to just be stronger and healthier than I have ever been in my life.

Studying and listening to podcasts this looks like the way to go…
Oh my, now to do a weekend with my daughter’s family and stay clean!

Yesterday, I was in a good day 3 days in and in the late morning I realized I was so clear headed I was able to read a pattern and understand it very well for the first time…I love to sew and crochet.
the pattern was difficult and I was making errors…I hate that. I was so clearheaded and realized how easy it was coming to me…smile went on my face with the realization that KETO ROCKS.

THIS IS NO DIET…This is life…

south louisiana cajun lady here…anyone have thoughts on CRAWFISH SEASON? lol!

Congrats and welcome. Guess what it gets even better and you lose weight. Just not super fast like the guys.

Lucky you! Crawfish are zero carb. Welcome to keto and good job on your thinking. It’s about life and not the short term.
