Everything I’ve read as far as exercise and fasting points toward unpredictability being a good thing. If you do the same workout everyday, the returns diminish. If you fast the same way every week, the returns diminish. So, I pulled up a random number generator on Google and generated numbers between one and five. Each number corresponds to either a fasting or eating day. I plotted them on my calendar. Next month, I’ll bump the range up to seven and see what happens. Fasting fun with random numbers!
