Hey Guys and Girls
Hailing from melbourne im 25 have been dieting on and off since i was 15 and i feel i have been the definition of a yoyo dieter as collectively i had lost and then regained 140 kilograms which is 300 ofd pounds.
I have been quite strict on my diet since January and have been keto since february.
Not going to go into to many details about lipids and bloods but to keep it short im all good now.
Have lost 42kgs about 90lbs with keto and resistance training and have never felt better.
Look forward to meeting and chatting with everybody, and learning even more about the Ketogenic Lifestyle.
