I would argue 3/17 is clearly your best day. Difficult to say with it looking at the actual food. I would recommend just keeping it simple the first month or so. Nothing wrong with repeating meals and then branching out. Watch the protein and make sure you are getting enough kcal. Once you are adapted you will find that you will be able to have a much better read to what your body wants/needs and will be able to Adjust on the fly.
