Accidental inspiration this afternoon:
Place 5 pieces of salami overlapping in a skillet and cover with cheese.
When the cheeses starts melting cover with 5 more pieces of overlapping salami.
It sticks to the other cheese and you can flip it. It can get crispy! I added bacon for fun and cut it with a pizza cutter.
Infinite fun and possibilities!
