This popped up in my YouTube feed. I clicked on it thinking that it would be full of lies/sales pitches.

Pretty short and sweet. Anyone notice any discrepancies?

Nice summary.

I think it would have been better to provide a gram range per lean body mass for protein, instead of 20% of daily food.

I think there’s some conflicting opinions in the ketosphere regarding gluconeogenesis involving protein. I don’t side with either camps, not enough info for me to fully understand it.

But, overall, a pretty good video. I like it. Thanks for posting.
