Hi all, new here and trying to set myself up for success I’ve fasted 3-4 days quite a few times and for some reason I’m having SUCH a hard time facing another fast - though I really really need one. My gut needs a break, my weight has crept up a few pounds, and I could stand a little evidence of self-control in my life right now.
So here I go - as of 8pm last night. What is with this abject fear and dread of not eating for a few days when I know full well it will all be ok???
