Does keto get rid of monkey mind?

I believe keto helps, for sure. But does the monkey die? Nope. There are always going to be circumstances and events or environments that nudge the monkey.

I just spent the last month or so in the process of moving. While I was incredibly organized, I was also hugely distractible.
