These do look good! I’m on a keto sweets binge! Trying to intice my teenage daughters into keto!

The only change I would make is powdered sweetener. I used granulated erythritol and don’t mind the crunch but could be unpleasant to others.

That’s easy enough, just put some granulated sweetener in your food processor and pulverize. Now you have powder! :smile:

I made these last night and they were so yummy! I accidentally mixed the cinammon & swerve mixture into the cheesecake filling, but it turned out very yummy (and I still didn’t make the frosting). I may make some with some caramel extract! Oh, and they are kid-approved. I have to make sure that my children don’t eat them all up…!
