Today’s lunch (very late break fast, really) was elk backstrap, zucchini, asparagus, & bell pepper, all pan fried in a generous mix of elk lard & butter. Finished with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, & my favorite blended herbs. (I won’t eat this all…I like to make enough for a few meals & just heat up the leftovers.)
