Okay so I am a moderately active male at 165lbs. My macros are 1900cal, 140gFat, 140gProtein. I workout 3 times a week and would like to maintain muscle mass and drop my belly. Also, and this is the kicker, I live in a RV without electricity so I cannot refrigerate (easily) refrigerate meats.
I was thinking along the lines of 3 eggs, 4 avocados, and 1tbsp of coconut oil. Which would hit all of my macros with the exception of protein. Anyone have any suggestions? I was thinking about incorporating pork rinds, but I’m not sure how that would effect my weight loss. I’m fine with eating the same thing day after day. Also, I can’t have dairy.
