Any advantage to MCT powder over liquid? I pretty much use MCT for bulletproof coffee. Seems like I would at least make less of a mess on the counter with it, lol.
Any brand sugegstions?

Dissolves a lot more easily than the oil so doesn’t need blending into coffee. Be careful for unwanted additives though.

Ive been using unflavored Perfect Keto MCT Powder in my coffee and tea. Really like it, dissolves easily for me.

I use both - the oil can be a little messy and globs when added to ice, but I like it because it’s easy to just add.
the powder is easier to transport and take on trips. It does not dissolve as well.
Each has its place.

these are c8-c10 em solve great. no additives. only with acacia fiber.
