@Madeleine I’ve also been thinking about the long term health advantages of eating less. What I’m thinking is that it may be advantageous for me to leverage the increased BMR to help with leaning out down the road. In other words, get my BMR up to 1800, then when I’m within spitting distance of my body fat goal, I could alternate weeks (instead of days) of high and low cals. I don’t know yet though. I’ll cross that bridge when I get there.

Yep, still ZC. At some point I may go back to peeled cucumbers or salsa once in a while. I don’t care for veggies but I like the water-filled crunch of cukes and salsa is just yum.
