Presently just over 22.5 hrs. and feeling fine. Actually took the day off after baking and working out in the Sun over the weekend, so just chilling out today.

I ended up breaking my fast at 23 hrs. The itiching is going away but not gone. Weird. Iāll try again next week. IF 18/6 tomorrow.
So, had a big meal yesterday, and a big breakfast today and my body is shouting and screaming to get a break already. I plan on 36h probably because this would fit my schedule just right XD

115 hours into my fast. Weighed 191.4 last Friday, and now Iām 183.6. Thatās 7.8lbs in five days. Iāll take that! Plan to go as long as possible. Numbers like that are very motivating.
Iāve experienced this postprandially at times; very odd feeling. (Totally different to menopausal hot flashes in case anyone thinks thatās what it is). I believe itās down to a vasomotor reaction to compensate for the redirection of blood to the gut after massive intake.
Might be. Also I measured a ketone level of 2.9 today. My new record since my mojoā¦
I love it though. itās a lot nicer than my usual fasting cold XD

We have a couple more hot days ahead before getting some cooler weather later in the week. ⦠@Hardrock_keto_chick wonder if it also had to due to the weather being hotter overall? I spent the entire weekend out in the Sun, weeding the garden and got quite the sun-burn-tan presently. But havenāt been too hot once back in the house? Just wondering.
Itās so much easier for me when it happens naturally! I just decided Friday after breakfast that I was gonna fast until Saturday morning, and then the same thing happened Saturday, etc. Iām not setting any goals for myself because then itāll feel like a chore. The third day was the hardest but Iām feeling really good now!
nopes, here it has been colder and wetter the last 3 days. Sun isnāt showing up until tomorrow. That happens often when I refeed in the morning. I almost crash and fall asleep for one hour and then I am awake and very hot.
My coworkers joke that I am getting early menopause XD

Vasomotor response I tellya. Menopausal hot flashes are also vasomotor in nature however a postprandial flush is of different etiology.
When one consumes a large amount the gut places a demand upon the vascular system; a postprandial flush is most likely secondary to that process.

I have two cups of coffee with HWC. But it takes me hours to finish one cup. I made my first cup at 8:something this morning and still havenāt finished it 4 hours later. So I think the fact that the cream is so spread out over time means that itās really not affecting any of the benefits of fasting.
Psychologically, I feel better having the creambecause it lets me feel like Iām having something.
Right now I feel like I could go days and days but Iām not setting any goals, just letting it happen.
After my awful Sunday in NY (bagels), I decided that on Monday I would only eat once. So I spent the day running errands and putting in a new sink than had my one meal around 6pm - roughly 19 hours. Tuesday, didnāt eat from 6pm Monday until around 2:30 yesterday roughly 20 hours. Iāve been feeling a little bit of either acid reflux or heart burn. Not sure why.
