I thought alternate day fasting was more like a 36 hour fast with a day of eating in between. This is a lot different than doing a 24 hour fast, and eating dinner in a window of 6-7. What you are describing more OMAD every other day. For true alternate day fasting you need to go past the 24 hour point.

Non-dairy BPC:
Big chunk of cacao butter
1T of coconut or MCT oil
1 T hemp hearts
Blend with a high powered blender and add in at the last 10 second, if you like:
1 scoop collagen peptides
