Marsala Pork chops sous-vide

Made this tonight to celebrate 100 days of Keto! It was dang good. I used a small shallot instead of an onion, and Chardonnay and a bit of Brady instead of Marsala wine. No pasta/rice of course.

That looks amazing. I will never cook pork chops any other way again. Sous vide chops are so tender, seasoning goes throughout the meat, mine was cooked with herb kerigold. Even my weight watcher husband ate his with little BBQ sauce!
