Macros in home-made food. e.g. Chicken Bone broth

I was wondering how you measure the macros in stuff you make at home, such as blended ingredients.

For example, I made some Chicken Bone Broth with 2 or 3 carcusses, some spring onions, mushrooms, onions, etc., and have no idea what to enter into MFP.

I had that same problem. I just found some paleo frozen bone broth at the local health food store and Scanned that in. I’m curious to know what others do. I usually just put bones, ACV and seaweed in mine. Sometimes I add Montreal steak seasoning if I want it spicy.

Seaweed. Oooh. Sounds tasty.

Thanks

Kombu seaweed. You take it out with the bones. It gets really mushy, but all the nutrients are in the broth.

I’ll keep an eye out for it. Cheers.
