:heart: all the ideas on the thread. One more option might be to go into a store you like and pick something beautiful and small that catches your eye - a charm, or bracelet, or card with an inspiring scene on it - whatever comes to you at the time. It could have a K on it, but it could also just be something gorgeous that you like and will give you a boost of happy feelings when you look at it/need them for strength.

Just another option for you.

Dear all! Thank you so much for your inspirations! I went to a small bracelet shop and asked them to manufacture a bracelet for me, with four silver KCKO letters on 4 silver pearls - on it’s going to be beautiful and very anchoring, I’m sure! But on top of that, on my way home I found a small statue on the street, a stone figure of a Thai goddess, about 30 cebtimeters high, sitting and smiling. It looked like a statue that was meant to be a rather cheap souvenir, but 20 years old - so with lots of dust and patina. It’s nothing of value, I’m sure :wink: but for me - it was like a sign! Her, laying in the street and smiling at me. I picked her up and took her home - and she will be my good kitchen spirit now, watching over my progress with a happy smile.

So in the end - it was a mix of all of your ideas - a bracelet and something that caught my eyes… And for the tattoo: Both wrists already tatooed :wink:
Now keto can kick of! Thanks to you all!!
