I’ve been on Keto since January 2019 and have been striving for the same macros and 20 g of net carbs a day and it’s worked for me. I combine it with intermittent fasting (stop eating after 8PM and don’t eat my first meal until 1PM the next day). I do however take MCT in my coffee which helps me hit my fat macro and keeps me from being hungry until 1. I’ve lost 34 lbs without hitting a stall. I guess every “body” is different. I use a ketomojo blood ketone meter to check my ketogenic state and I’m anywhere between 1.5 and 2 which falls in the 1.5-3 range for optimal fat burning. Maybe a meter would be helpful?

Fat isn’t something you need to hit. Drop some of your added fat and see how you feel.
