Losing hair

I agree with you, Paul. Protein is no problem. Close to carnivore. And I take collagen etc, and my nails are strong and grow fast. I keep checking my calories since this hair business started and I am careful to eat enough. (It’s so easy to go too low on calories.) I’ve decided to just ride it out. Most of the causes for hair loss in women are temporary. And stress can be a factor (when is it NOT a factor?) so I am just gonna roll with it.
