Looking for tips on frying

If I have a craving on keto that’s not being totally satisfied, it’s for fried foods. I love me a _______ that’s been deep fried. (Insert anything you want there.)

My go-to way of preparing things before keto was to pan fry them with bread crumbs or corn starch/flour. I see I can try crushed pork rinds or almond meal as a substitute. Anyone have great tips for this, or other tasty keto coatings that won’t just fall off? It would be nice to stick with my pan frying, it’s so much less messy than a fryer and so much tastier than oven baking

I’ve dusted stuff in coconut flour, then egg, then almond meal & parmesan- seemed to work out okay, although I baked it rather than frying.

Buffalo wings are a great option because you don’t need breading at all.

1 part melted butter to 3 parts Frank’s (or your favorite hot sauce).
Dip in blue cheese with celery sticks.

I’ve coated chicken with unsweetened coconut and pan fried. Just grind it up a bit finer. My son loves this with homemade ranch for dipping.
