So I’m on a creme fraische kick right now. I have a couple cups of homemade creme fraische and 10 egg whites to play with. What should I do with it?

I bought a quart of raw heavy cream, poured it in a quart-size mason jar, stirred in a tablespoon of store-bought creme fraische as a starter, put the lid on, then lit it sit on the counter for 24 hours. When the 24 hours was up, I stirred it and stuck it in the refrigerator. It’s so easy and so yummy.

Great, thank you! I’d never heard of making it before. Makes sense it’d be similar to yogurt.
