Not sure if this is where this post belongs. Please feel free to direct me elsewhere is there is a more appropriate place for this post.

I finally found Swerve at my local grocery store. I am trying to decode the Nutrition Information. It lists Cal 0, Fat 0, Carbs 3 (sugar 0, erythritol 4) and Protein 0. Does the erythritol cancel out some of the carbs for counting my macros? Or is it so negligible that it does not matter?

Also, I was wondering about Krisda brand Chocolate Chips. I was looking for Lily’s brand but found these at the store instead. I would also appreciate some assistance decoding the Nutritional information on this one. It lists Cal 54, Fat 4.5, Carb 9 (Fibre 5, Sugar Alcohols 2) and Protein 1. What would the net macros be? Carb-fibre=4 or Carb-fibre-.5Sugar alcohols=3
I know it’s not a big difference, more of a curiosity.

I think the ingredient list looks pretty good, but I am pretty much a newbie and have pretty much stuck to “real” and whole foods thus far. I just wanted to make some teats to take camping next week, just in case, I felt like having something around the campfire.

The ingredients are: Unsweetened Chocolate, Erythritol, Dietary Fibre (Inulin), Dextrin, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin, Natural Flavour(s), Stevia Leaf Extract, Whole Milk Powder and Natural Vanilla Extract

Any thoughts? I know that too much stevia does trigger hunger signals in me, so these will be used on rare occasion, definitely not weekly or daily.

Thanks for the help and guidance!
