I have to admit, I am often very “slow” to realize things.
I’ve done multiple fasts before and dealt with calf cramps. They started this time around day 5. I added more salt, potassium, mag, the usual, and they were manageable but still around.
I had the “bright idea” at one point to put on the compression socks I’ve been wearing for years (during long runs or post run for recovery) and it’s made a HUGE difference. I’ve had a pair on for most of several days and I think it’s making a big difference.
