Sooooo good! I made loaded au gratin cauliflower tonight! Will definitely have to make again.
Recipe was made on the fly:
•One head of cauliflower (small pieces) roasted in almond oil, garlic salt/pepper until browned a tad
•melted 4oz cream cheese, about 3 oz Kerrygold Dubliner cheese (grated some of it on top for baking), about 2/3 C almond milk, chives, s/p
•crumbled bacon over cauliflower
•poured sauce over cauliflower/bacon mixture
•baked for 25 min @ 350° and then broiled for 5 mins
