Little visible change in appearance

So I’ve been doing keto for 4 months. After a 10 pound drop and tightening my belt up 2 notches after 2 months, I’ve seen no changes since. I track so my food intake is closely monitored.

I wonder, could I be shrinking my fatty liver and visceral fat without seeing it externally?

I know you said your tracking, but could youvpost your stats, age, activity level, are you working out, sample menus etc? 10lbs in 4 months is a little abnormal at the start, although your loosing inches which is great but seems your heading into a stall. Best to catch it early.

Did you take pictures? Lots of us think we don’t look different but the picture tells a different story. You don’t have to post pics, but they are a good aid for realizing what is really going on with the body. You will want them later on in your Journey.

And yes, if you are healthy, that fat could be coming off the liver etc. If the belt is changing your body has changed.

Best of luck going forwards.

I have taken photos and see a tiny bit of change from a month ago. Maybe. I hope it’s not wishful thinking. It looks like I may have a more developed apron forming from my gut.

I am highly insulin resistant. Though not diagnosed with T2D my fasting blood sugar hovers around 125-135 and my fasting insulin, which I just got for the first time, was 23.1. And this is after 6 months of paleo followed by 4 months of keto.
