I know this is an old thread, but I made this today because I just listened to that podcast, as I’m getting through them all. Wow, it’s incredible

I made this yesterday using stevia for sweetener, because I use stevia in other sweet recipes. DON’T make this with stevia!!! It was really, really discusting. Had to throw it all out. I’m going to have to try this again, using a better sweetener.
I love lemon butter! Any ideas on how to use it? (Of course my old way included lots of carbs)

Anyone know what happens if you used salted butter in this recipe? I don’t have any unsalted handy.
