Y’all might as well know that I am just too lazy to do a fathead pizza crust. It’s true. It’s been standing between me and pizza a long time. Tonight I figured a way out of it that’s still keto.
If you take a 2 cup bag of mozzarella shreds and toss it with enough Parmesan cheese to make it feel dry, you can dump it in parchment paper bake it at 400*F for 10 minutes and then pull it out and top it. BOOM! Lazy ass pizza.
