I need a gym in my life! Maybe when I’m settled in a new area. Right now I’m in a transition. But I could make excuses all day I’ll figure things out eventually. I do need to eat more. I dunno why I’m scared of eating more. Right now I’m also trying to cut out all alternative sweeteners and that is a big challenge, but I don’t want to have to rely on sweet things everyday. I feel trapped in my cravings, even though it’s not sugar I still feel like an addict. So hopefully in a few weeks I won’t have the taste for sweet.
Last 5-10lbs, motivation, mindset, giving up, bingeing, etc

You can do a lot without a gym. Try to form new habits. Before opening the refrigerator or the pantry cabinets do a pushup or two off the kitchen counter, table or a chair. When you get up out of bed bend over and touch your toes a few times. Don’t take the closest spot when parking and when you walk from your car to the door of the grocery store focus on great posture and stride briskly. Afterwards push your cart all the way back to the store from your car and make the most of your walk. When you lie down in bed at night do a couple sit ups and or leg lifts.
