Lamb meatballs

Followed the recipe below for the balls, and the yogurt sauce but made it too salty. So instead I added some leftover mushroom cream sauce I had to the grease in the pan leftover after cooking. The meatballs are absolutely delicious. I added goat cheese and spinach.

Now just add some butter to the sauce to get more fat as well
Better yet, top a pad of butter per lamb meatball :heart_eyes::joy:

You could… but lamb mince is typically pretty fatty (about 75% of calories from fat), the sauce sounds like it has cream in it (or it should) so capturing both of those should be plenty of fat… but if you can take the butter as well, go for it :grin:

I’d likely try swapping out the bread crumbs with crushed pork rinds to trim the carb count a bit.

Be great to serve that over cauliflower rice!!! :slight_smile:
