Kidd's Pizza

Crust
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 large egg
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tblsp coconut flour
Place mozzarella with seasoning in a glass dish. Microwave for 2 minutes.
Stir very well, add egg and coconut flour. Stir until mixed well.
Spread into the shape you want on oiled parchment paper. I use olive oil.
Bake at 400 degrees until browned. I also turn mine over and brown both sides
as i like mine crispy.

Toppings
Spread out the lowest carb sauce you can find. I use the walmart brand.
It is 3 carbs per 1/4 cup.
Then you top with any cooked meats,onions,veggies and cover with a little shredded cheese.
Put it back in the oven just to melt the cheese. ENJOY!
SIDE NOTE: I also melt some butter with garlic powder for dipping!

I was looking for a pizza crust recipe that used coconut flour and this looks great, thank you!
