Hi so I bought Ketonix, will pick it up from the post tomorrow. I am doing a IF of 22-23 h each day (that means that i only eat dinner, of about 1000-1200 kcal, 85-15-5% (fat-protein-carb). I am obviously loosing weight but i want to know if i am in Ketosis.
So i bought Ketonix and i am reading /watching all from Michel Lundell guy but i don’t get one thing… he speaks of going 4 days full water fast before you’re in ketosis… It seems like 1 day fast is actually only negligable ketosis.
Do i understand it correctly? I do not know yet what my ketonix will show but i want to prepare myself. Anyone any experiences?
