Hello. I am a 57 year old woman, 11 weeks in and doing great! I have read on this site daily, but this is my first post.
I just finished listening to the first episode of KetoDudes and HIGHLY recommend that any new person dies the same.
The basics are clearly explained and most questions a new person may have will probably be answered.
